Non-Returnable Items

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind.
We also cannot accept returns for:

  • Lingerie
  • Lubricants, oils, or consumables
  • Other intimate items

We Accept Returns For:

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be added to the dispatch queue for the next business day.

3. Delivery Timeframes

  • Overnight Delivery to Major Cities & Towns: Estimated next working day after dispatch (depending on your location).
  • Rural & Remote Areas: Please allow an extra 1–2 business days.
  • Delivery timeframes are targets only and may vary due to courier delays, weekends, or public holidays. For the most accurate updates, please refer to the courier’s website.

4. Discreet Packaging

  • Your privacy is our priority. All parcels are sent in plain, unmarked packaging, with no indication of contents or A Tease branding.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your order’s journey online.

6. Delivery Issues

  • Once your order leaves our warehouse, it’s in the care of the courier. While we strive for smooth delivery, delays can occasionally occur.
  • Missing Orders: If your order hasn’t arrived, please contact us within 7 days of dispatch so we can investigate promptly.
  • Courier Investigations: These may take up to 10 working days. We’ll keep you updated throughout.
  • Refunds/Replacements: We cannot issue a refund or replacement until the courier’s investigation is complete.
  • ⚠️ Important: Neither A Tease nor our courier partners are responsible for orders confirmed as delivered but later lost or stolen. To avoid issues, please provide a secure delivery address or clear instructions when placing your order.

Order online, put our store address ( 313 Maunganui Road , Mt Maunganui) as the shipping address and when you pick up your goodies in-store, we’ll refund your shipping cost – simple as that!
