Couples can choose from three different ways to play, all of which lead to building a five-card fantasy using Sex! cards. Once the fantasy is complete, partners act out the positions in order—red, yellow, green, blue, and purple.

What makes this version truly unique is that both the card backgrounds and the sex positions glow in the dark. The position titles are easy to read against the glowing background, while the illustrated positions shine brightly against a non-glowing white backdrop—perfect for playing and performing in complete darkness.
