Use: Fill with clean lukewarm water only unless a clinician advises otherwise. Apply water-based lubricant to the nozzle, insert gently and squeeze slowly—never force the nozzle or use high pressure. More water is not always better; avoid repeated or excessive rinsing, which can irritate sensitive tissue.
Care: Wash before and after use with warm water and mild soap, rinse thoroughly and air dry fully. Stop use if you experience pain, bleeding or ongoing irritation.
