How to use: Start with the lightest comfortable option for a short session and increase only when ready. Use water-based lubricant if needed. Do not use with pain, irritation or infection; ask a pelvic-health professional if pregnant, postpartum, recovering from surgery or unsure whether weights are suitable. Confirm current phone compatibility before relying on app features.
